无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗胃肠息肉的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Frequency Electric Knife in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Polyps Under Painless Digestion

目的研究在治疗胃肠息肉中应用无痛消化内镜下高频电刀疗法的临床效果。方法选取本院2016年4月—2017年4月收治的64例胃肠息肉患者,采取奇偶原则法进行平均分组,每组32例,将予以消化内镜下高频电刀治疗患者作为参照组,将予以无痛消化内镜下高频电刀治疗患者作为实验组,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组胃肠息肉治疗总有效率以及满意度评分高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将无痛消化内镜下高频电刀应用于胃肠息肉中疗效确切。

Objective To study the clinical effect of high frequency electro knife under painless digestive endoscopy in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Methods 64 cases of gastrointestinal polyps were treated from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital and divided into two average groups under the principle of parity method, 32 cases in each group, the patients treated with the digestive endoscopic high-frequency electric knife were selected as the reference group, the patients treated with painless digestive endoscopic high-frequency electric knife were selected as the experimental group, the effect of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction score of gastrointestinal polyps in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of high frequency electrocautery with painless digestive endoscopy in gastrointestinal polyp is accurate.
