奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁片治疗慢性消化性溃疡的效果分析

Effects of Omeprazole and Aluminum Magnesium Carbonate Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Peptic Ulcer

目的分析奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁片治疗慢性消化性溃疡的效果,为临床治疗提供依据。方法择取我院收治的94例慢性消化性溃疡患者,随机分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=47),对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,而观察组采用奥美拉唑和铝碳酸镁片治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为80.85%,而观察组为95.74%,临床治疗效果优于对照组(χ~2=5.045,P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为6.38%,而观察组为8.51%,两组差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.154,P=0.694)。结论奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁片治疗慢性消化性溃疡的效果较好,并且不会加重不良反应。

Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole and aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets on chronic peptic ulcer. Methods 94 patients were divided into control group （n=47） and observation group （n=47）. The control group was treated with omeprazole. The observation group was also treated with magnesium aluminum carbonate tablet. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.74%, which was signifcantly higher than the control group （χ2=5.045, P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.51%, which was not signifcantly different from the control group （χ2=0.154, P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of omeprazole and aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets in the treatment of chronic peptic ulcer is better, and not increase the adverse reactions.
