联合应用奥美拉唑和多潘立酮治疗胃食管反流病的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of the Combination of Omeprazole and Domperidone in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的探讨奥美拉唑+多潘立酮治疗胃食管反流病的疗效。方法将68例胃食管反流病患者随机分为对照组、联合用药组,对照组采用奥美拉唑进行治疗,联合用药组采用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮进行治疗,对两组的疗效进行分析。结果联合用药组胃镜总有效率91.2%,高于对照组的70.6%,P<0.05。结论联合应用奥美拉唑和多潘立酮对胃食管反流病进行治疗可以取得更好的疗效,能够有效地缓解胃食管反流病的各种症状,疗效确切。

Objective To investigate the effect of omeprazole＋domperidone in the treatment of gastroesophageal refux. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gastroesophageal reflux were randomly divided into control group and combined treatment group, the control group received omeprazole treatment, combined treatment group received omeprazole combined with domperidone treatment, the curative effects of two groups were analyzed. Results The total effciency in the combination group was 91.2%, which was higher than 70.6% in the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The combined application of omeprazole and domperidone on gastroesophageal refux disease treatment can achieve better curative effect, and effectively alleviate the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, the curative effect is defnite.
