疏肝解郁腹安汤治疗功能性消化不良肝气郁结证的疗效

The Effect of Shuganjieyufu'an Decoction in Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia With Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome

目的观察功能性消化不良肝气郁结证患者采用疏肝解郁腹安汤治疗的效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月在我院就诊的62例消化不良肝气郁结证患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,分为对照组(31例,传统西药治疗)和观察组(31例,疏肝解郁腹安汤治疗)。比较两组患者治疗有效率和症状指数。结果观察组患者治疗有效率和食后腹胀、早饱、上腹部痛、嗳气、胸胁痛、精神抑郁等症状指数对比,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对功能性消化不良肝气郁结证患者采用疏肝解郁腹安汤治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of shuganjieyuhuain’an decoction in treatment of functional dyspepsia and liver qi stagnation syndrome. Methods 62 cases of patients with dyspepsia with liver qi stagnation were enrolled in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017. According to the random number method, they were divided into control group （31 cases, the traditional western medicine treatment） and observation group （31 cases, shuganjieyufu’an decoction treatment）. The treatment efficiency and symptom index of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate, abdominal distention after eating, early satiety, epigastric pain, belching, pectoral and hypochondriac pain, symptoms index such as depression of the observation group were all better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For functional dyspepsia patients with liver qi stagnation syndrome, shuganjieyufu’an decoction can achieve obvious effect.
