摘要
目的对针灸配合推拿治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效进行分析。方法随机抽取2014年6月—2015年6月的238例我院椎动脉型颈椎病患者,根据随机数字表法,分为实验组和对比组各119例,对实验组患者予以针灸配合推拿治疗,对对比组患者予以针灸治疗,观察并对比两种治疗方法对椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。结果实验组治疗有效率为86.55%,对比组治疗有效率为75.63%,实验组高于对比组,实验组生活质量评分高于对比组患者,实验组的6个月复发率为1.68%,低于对比组患者的3.36%,实验组患者的12个月复发率为4.20%,低于对比组患者的14.28%,并且组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸配合推拿治疗的方法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者进行治疗,有效的提高了该疾病的治疗效果,进而提高了患者的生活质量,使患者能够加快恢复健康。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 238 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected, according to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and contrast group, 119 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with massage, and comparative group was treated with acupuncture treatment, the curative effect of the two treatments on the vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis was observed and compared. Results The effective rate was 86.55% in the experimental group, the effective rate of the contrast groupwas 75.63%, the experimental group was higher than the contrast group, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the contrast group, the recurrence rate of 6 months in the experimental group was 1.68%, which was lower than that of the contrast group (3.36%), the recurrence rate of 12 months in the experimental group was 4.20%, which was lower than that of the contrast group (14.28%), and the difference between groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by acupuncture and massage therapy, can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease effectively, and improve the quality of life of patients, enable patients to speed up health recovery.
