摘要
目的探究微信沟通在消毒供应中心质量管理中的应用效果。方法回顾性总结实行微信沟通管理的优劣,将消毒供应中心2016年度开展的微信沟通管理作为研究组,2015年度开展的常规沟通管理作为对照组,分析两组的专科护理质量、临床科室总满意度。结果对照组总满意度为93.00%、研究组总满意度为99.33%;研究组在回收质量、清洗质量、包装质量以及灭菌质量方面的合格率分别是96.39%、98.19%、98.61%、99.86%;而对照组的为92.22%、95.56%、96.11%、98.61%,经比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信沟通在消毒供应中心质量管理中能够有效的解决管理中存在的问题,提升管理质量效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChatcommunication in quality management of disinfection supply center. Methods The advantages and disadvantages of WeChat communication management were retrospectively summarized, and the micro-communication management in the disinfection and supply center in 2016 was taken as the research group. The regular communication management in 2015 was taken as the control group. The quality of the two groups, and general satisfaction of the department were analyzed. Results The total satisfaction rate was 93.00% in the control group and 99.33% in the study group. The qualifed rate of the study group in terms of quality, quality of cleaning, quality of packaging and quality of sterilization were 96.39%, 98.19% and 98.61% 99.86%, while the control group were 92.22%、95.56%、96.11%、98.61%, P〈0.05. Conclusion WeChat communication can effectively solve the problems existing in the past management and improve the quality of management in the quality management of disinfection supply center.
