分析心理护理在原发性肝癌介入治疗中的作用

Effect of Psychological Nursing on Interventional Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

目的探讨心理护理在原发性肝癌介入治疗术中的作用。方法以我院82例原发性肝癌介入治疗术患者为对象,通过电脑随机的方式,分为研究组与常规组,各41例,常规组应用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础之上加强心理护理。结果护理后,两组抑郁、焦虑评分均得到改善,且研究组优于常规组,此结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理在原发性肝癌介入治疗术中,作用突出,能够帮助患者有效缓解负面心理情绪,促患者早日康复。

Objective To explore the role of psychological nursing in interventional treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods In our hospital 82 cases of interventional treatment of primary liver cancer patients as the research object, through the computer randomly, divided into study group and control group, 41 cases in each group, the routine application of routine nursing care, the study group to strengthen psychological nursing care on the basis of routine nursing. Results After nursing, the scores of depression and anxiety in the two groups were signifcantly improved, and the study group was better than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing plays an important role in interventional treatment of primary liver cancer. It can help patients effectively alleviate the negative psychological emotion, and promote the patients to recover at an early date.
