摘要
目的分析循证护理在肿瘤内科患者护理中的效果。方法收集我院自2016年1月—2017年2月收治的肿瘤内科患者83例,分为护理组(实施循证护理)与对照组(实施常规护理)两组,对两组护理效果进行评定。结果护理组生活质量评分以及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理组护理差错发生率以及护理投诉率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将循证护理应用于肿瘤内科患者的护理中,有利于提高护理服务质量,降低护理投诉率,有利于促进患者生活质量的提升,并有助于拉近护理人员与患者的关系,提高护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on nursing care of patients with cancer. Methods 83 cases of tumor patients in our hospital from January 2016 to February2017 were selected and were divided into nursing group （evidence based nursing） and control group （routine nursing care）. Nursing effects of the two groups were assessed. Results The quality of life score and nursing satisfaction in nursing group were signifcantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of nursing errors and nursing complaints were signifcantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing to nursing of oncology patients is conducive to improve the quality of nursing service, reduce nursing errors and improve nursing satisfaction.
