门诊使用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮手术的护理初探

Nursing Care Exploration of Male Circumcision Using Disposable Circumcision Suture in Outpatient Department

目的探讨包皮手术使用一次性包皮环切缝合器的优点。方法 2015年8月—2017年3月我院门诊泌尿外科对208例包皮过长和39例包茎患者,患者年龄为12~51岁,分别采用一次性包皮环切缝合器行包皮手术。结果传统手术方式患者满意度83.1%,使用一次性包皮环切缝合器手术患者满意度96.8%,两种手术后满意度不同。结论使用一次性包皮环切缝合器术后舒适度优于传统手术方式,常见并发症比传统手术少。

Objective To explore the advantages of male circumcision using disposable circumcision suture. Methods From August 2015 to March 2017, 208 cases of redundant prepuce and 39 cases of phimosis patients for treated in the urinary surgery of outpatient department in our hospital, the patients aged from 12 to 51 years old, using disposable circumcision suture for circumcision. Results The satisfaction of patients treated with traditional surgeries was 83.1% and that of patients treated using a disposable circumcision suture was 96.8%, which indicates a significant distinction in postoperative satisfaction. Conclusion The use of disposable circumcision suture is significantly better in increasing the comfort after surgery than traditional surgeries, with common complications signifcantly reduced compared with traditional surgeries.
