临床护理路径在甲状腺瘤患者围手术期中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Perioperative Period of Patients With Thyroid Adenoma

目的探究与分析临床护理路径对甲状腺瘤患者围手术期中的效果应用。方法随机从我院挑选甲状腺瘤患者48例,并分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用一般护理方法,两组各有患者24例,观察并记录两组护理后的住院费用、时间等。结果经过护理后,观察组在住院时间、整体医疗费用以及病症知识了解程度上差异均存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论采用临床护理路径治疗护理甲状腺瘤围手术期中的患者不仅能够减少住院费用,减轻患者的家庭负担,还能提高患者对病症的了解程度,综合效果较好。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on the perioperative period of patients with thyroid adenoma. Methods 48 cases of patients with thyroid tumor were divided into observation group and control group in our hospital, the observation group used clinical nursing pathway, the control group used general nursing methods, 24 cases in each groups, the hospitalization expenses and time of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results After nursing, the observation group had signifcant advantages in the hospital stay, the overall medical expenses and the understanding of disease knowledge. P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of patients with thyroid adenoma during perioperative period can not only reduce the cost of hospitalization, lighten the family burden of the patients, can also improve the patient＇s understanding of the disease, the comprehensive effect is better
