摘要
目的分析"吻合器-胃管引导法"置入十二指肠营养管的有效性。方法将我院84例食管癌患者采用不同的置管方式,对照组40例,采用"盲插法",实验组44例,采用"吻合器-胃管引导法",并对鼻咽黏膜损伤情况、置管时间进行比较。结果实验组的置管时间较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组鼻咽黏膜损伤例数较对照组减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用"吻合器-胃管引导法"在食管癌术中置入十二指肠营养管,可以减少鼻咽黏膜损伤,减少术中置管时间,提高置管成功率。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of “stapler-gastrectomy” method in duodenal feeding tube. Methods 84 patients with esophageal cancer were enrolled in this study. 40 patients in the control group were treated with “blind insertion” and 44 patients in the experimental group were treated with “stapler-gastrectomy” method. The nasopharyngeal mucosal lesion and catheterization time were compared. Results The catheterization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The number of nasopharyngeal mucosal lesion in the experimental group was signifcantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion “Stapler-gastrectomy”in the esophageal cancer implantation of duodenal nutrition tube, can signifcantly reduce the nasopharyngeal mucosal lesion, reduce the catheterization time, improve the success rate of catheterization.
