专科护理小组模式在品管圈推行中的实践与成效

近些年来,随着医疗技术发展,医疗操作更为精细与复杂,其对临床护士也提出了更高的要求。品管圈是工作性质相似或互补人群自发组成的团队,可通过集思广益,应用品管手法减少工作消耗,促进工作质量提升,达到预期工作目标的一种活动。专科护理小组模式的建立有利于深化护理内涵,发展护理专业特色,提升护理质量。现总结了专科护理小组模式在品管圈推行中的实践经验,包括设置品管圈护理小组,建立小组各级人员工作职责,为品管圈的开展提供组织保障、系统培训、技术支持和定期评价,在品管圈的推行、管理和运行等方面取得了一定效果。

In recent years, with the development of medical technology, medical operation becomes more sophisticated and complex, which also puts forward higher requirements for clinical nurses. Quality management is a kind of activity that can be achieved by means of brainstorming, application of quality control practices to reduce work consumption, to promote the quality of work, and to achieve the desired objectives. The establishment of the specialized nursing group model is beneficial to deepen the nursing connotation, the development of nursing professional characteristics, improve the quality of care. This paper summarizes the practical experience of the specialized nursing group model in the implementation of the quality control circle, including the establishment of the product management group, the establishment of the group at all levels of staff responsibilities for the development of quality control system to provide organizational security, system training, technical support and regular evaluation, which achieved certain results in the implementation of quality control, management and operation.
