Labor Law and the Protection of Human Rights

人权即为劳动者生而为人应该享受的权利,它包括个人人权和集体人权。人权强调,个人应依法享受应有的生命人生,政治经济,社会文化等方面的平等权利。为了推动我国劳动法的修正和改革,应就当前劳动法与劳动人权保障之间的关系和影响做出深入的探讨,仔细思考、积极讨论,提出可以解决当前矛盾的具体措施,推动我国劳动法的发展和劳动者人权保障工作的进步。

Human rights refer to rights for labors as human beings including individual rights and collective rights. Human rights stress that all individuals should enjoy equal rights in accordance with the law in terms of life, political and economic, social and cultural aspects, etc. In order to promote the revision and reform of the labor law in our country, we should make an in-depth discussion and ponder on the relationship between the labor and the protection of human rights and the corresponding infuence, and put forward specifc measures to resolve the current conficts through the active discussion so as to promote the development of the labor law and the progress of human rights protection for labors.
