摘要
互联网技术开辟新的社交途径,社交媒体承载的社会职能领域扩大,逐渐到了经济领域,成为企业在市场营销过程中的重要手段。但将社交媒体与酒店营销管理相结合,需要社会各方面的积极努力。传统酒店营销管理存在的问题可用社交媒体解决,酒店营销与社交媒体之间形成新的关系,有利于酒店营销开辟路径进行了研究。
Internet technology opens up new channels for social communication, and the felds of social function carried by social media get expanded into the economic feld, which makes social media become an important means for enterprises in the marketing process. However the combination between social media and hotel marketing management requires positive efforts from all aspects of society. The existing problems in traditional hotel marketing management can be solved by social media, and the new relationship between hotel marketing and social media is conducive to looking for new approaches for hotel marketing.
