摘要 随着我国社会经济的不断发展,在21世纪需要全方位、多层次的高素质人才。而高等职业教育发展的关键就是探索科学的人才培养模式,这就需要本科人才培养和高等职业人才培养模式相互衔接、相互融通、资源共享、优势互补,以此来满足我国社会各行各业中稀缺的技术技能应用型人才,促进人才培养模式的改革和高等职业教育的发展。高职与本科的"3+4"模式,是对高职与本科分段模式的培养策略和目标的探讨,为我国高职与本科"3+4"模式的实施提供一定的借鉴。 With the continuous development of China’s social economy, all-round and multi-level talents with high qualities are needed in the 21st century. The key to the development of higher vocational education is to explore scientifc personnel training mode, which requires personnel training in undergraduate education and in higher vocational education should connect with each other, accommodate mutually, share resources, complement their advantages so as to cultivate technical skilled applied talents needed by all sectors of society in our country and to promote talent training mode reform and the development of higher vocational education.The talent training model of “3 + 4” higher vocational and undergraduate education discusses and explores the strategies and objective of segmented training model of higher vocational and undergraduate education, and provides references for the implementation of “3 + 4” higher vocational and undergraduate education in China.
