民办高校通识选修课改革与实践

通识教育是民办高校提高教学质量,突出办学特色的重要组成部分,科学合理地设置通识选修课课程体系是民办高校落实通识教育的关键,针对民办院校在通识选修课方面存在的问题进行探析,并根据民办学院的办学定位与特色对通识选修课的设置进行改革,通过选修课程突出办学特色。达到提升办学水平和提升学校竞争力的效果。

General education is one of important components for private colleges to improve teaching quality and to highlight school-running features, and the key of implementing general education is to scientifcally and reasonably set up the elective course system. This paper explores the existing problem in general elective courses of private higher education institutions and takes the corresponding reform according to their school-running orientation and features so as to highlight the school-running features, to improve the school-running level and to enhance the competitiveness.
