Analysis and Revelation on Cultivation Model of Practical Skills for the TV Editing and Directing Major in Heilongjiang Universities

广播电视编导专业是随着传媒产业发展而产生的高校传媒人才专业培养方式,能够快速而系统地为社会输送适应性人才。因社会职业特征需求,编导专业人才的实践能力是人才培养过程中的重要环节。目前,黑龙江省有七所院校开设广播电视编导专业,并形成自己特有的实践人才培养模式。应新时期"应用型"人才培养需求,分析省内各高校编导专业实践技能培养模式,为编导专业人才培养提供借鉴。

The major of TV Editing and Directing is regarded as the professional talent training model for the media majors along with the development of the media industry, because it can quickly and systematically deliver adaptive talents for the society. The practice ability of TV Editing and directing talents is an important part in the process of talent cultivation due to the demand of social professional characteristics. At present, there are seven universities in Heilongjiang province that offer the TV Editing and Directing major, and they have formed their own model of training practical talents. In respond to the demand of training “applied” talents in the new era, this paper analyzes the training mode of practice skills for the TV Editing and directing major in Heilongjiang universities, hoping to provide reference for cultivating professional talents.
