在信息化高度发展的今天,"微博"所具有的"自主化"特征、"私人化"特征、"平民化"特征而受到广大网络用户的青睐,尤其受到高校学生的喜爱,成为全球性的舆论传播重要工具。在高等学校的图书馆中也可以充分利用微博这些优势开展信息服务,取长补短,利用微博走入读者的日常生活,真正从用户的需求来制定图书馆的相关工作,对其服务形式进行拓展,提升其服务能力,争取为广大读者提供更加优质的服务。

With the highly developed information technology nowadays, the features of “democracy”, “personal” and “civilization” possessed by “microblog” make it get popular with the majority of internet users, especially popular with college students because it is regarded as an important tool of disseminating global public opinions. Libraries of institutions of higher education should make full use of these advantages to develop information service by complementing each other, should make microblog get into readers’ daily life, should work out relevant working regulations from the users’ real requirements, should expand the service form, should improve the service ability so as to provide more high quality service for the readers.
