摘要
随着"互联网+"时代的到来,多家出租车公司依托移动互联网建立了打车软件服务平台,实现了乘客与出租车司机之间的信息沟通,同时提供多种租车的补贴方案,使打车难问题得到缓解。通过分析各公司的出租车补贴方案是否对"缓解打车难"有帮助,找到司机和乘客目前所处的困难有哪些。然后,根据各公司的出租车补贴方案,分别从乘客和出租车司机的角度,建立多目标优化模型,并利用相关数据以及Lingo软件进行求解,得出最佳的补贴方案,使供需更加平衡,从而有效缓解打车难这一社会问题。
With the advent of the era of “Internet +”, many taxi companies take the advantage of mobile Interne and establish service platform of car-hailing app which can achieve information communication between passengers and taxi drivers and ease the diffculty of hailing a taxi by providing various rental subsidy schemes. This paper analyzes whether the taxi subsidy scheme is helpful to “ease the diffculty of hailing a taxi”, then fnds out what diffculties drivers and passengers may have, establishes the multi-objective optimization model according to each company’s taxi subsidy scheme and respectively from the angles of passengers and taxi drivers, is established, and works owt solution by using the related data and Lingo software. The best subsidy scheme which makes the balance between the supply and demand has been deduced so as to effectively relieve this social problem of the diffculty in taking a taxi.
