对比正畸带环和树脂临时冠在中老年患者牙隐裂综合治疗中的效果

Comparison of orthodontic band and resin temporary crown protection in the comprehensive treatment effect of middle-aged and elderly patients with cracked teeth

目的本研究拟对比正畸带环和树脂临时冠的暂时性保护效果。以期对中老年牙隐裂患者的综合治疗提供指导。方法选择2014年5月至2016年01月于我院口腔科收治的中老年牙隐裂患者92例。使用随机数字表决定分组,按照1:1分为正畸带环组(n=46例)和树脂临时冠组(n=46例)。92例患者共计92颗牙患有牙隐裂。探讨两种治疗方法对牙隐裂的效果。结果在牙隐裂综合治疗期间,正畸带环组46颗牙,6颗牙齿出现牙冠折裂、纵裂而拔除,10颗出现牙龈炎,7例带环松脱,11例因色泽或带环凸出牙表面而不适等原因,满意度较低。树脂临时冠组46颗牙,1颗牙齿出现纵裂而拔除,3颗出现牙龈炎,1例树脂临时冠脱落,只有2例不满意。两组患者各项评判指标均有显著性差异,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙隐裂的综合治疗中,采用树脂临时冠和正畸带环,能有效防止牙折,树脂临时冠成功率更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontic band and resin temporary crown on the temporary protection of cracked teeth. To provide the guidance for undergo comprehensive treatment in middle-aged and elderly patients with cracked teeth.methods A total of 84 middle-aged and elderly patients with cracked teeth were selected from Department of stomatology in our hospital,from May 2014 to 2016. According to random number table patients were divided into two groups, orthodontic band （n=46） and the resin temporary crown group （n=46 cases）. A total of 92 teeth were found in 92 patients, with cracked teeth. Analysis the efect of two treatment methods on cracked teeth was investigated. Results In the comprehensive treatment of cracked teeth, there were 6 cases appear crown fracture, longitudinal crack and remover in the group of orthodontic band, and 10 cases gingivitis , 3 cases with loose band,11 cases of lower satisfaction for poor color, and discomfort caused by the band protruding from tooth surface in the group of orthodontic band; there were 1 teeth longitudinal crack and remover in the group of resin temporary crown group, and 3 teeth gingivitis ,1 teeth with falling band ,2 cases of lower satisfaction in the group of resin temporary crown. The indexes of the two groups were signifcantly diferent, the diferences was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the comprehensive treatment ,using the orthodontic band and the resin temporary crown can efectively prevent tooth fracture,the resin temporary crown had higher success rate is worth being recommended.
