高校图书馆总分馆制建设之我见——以辽东学院图书馆为例

Opinions on Construction of Central-Branch Library System of Colleges and Universities——Taking Library of Liaodong College as an Example

文章从总分馆制的含义及发展现状入手,阐述了高校图书馆总分馆制的3种模式:集中式、集中分散式和分散式。以辽东学院为例,分析了辽东学院建设总分馆制存在的问题,并构建了适合学校自身发展的总分馆制模式。只有采取集中分散式模式,制定科学的总分馆运行机制,才能实现资源的共建共享。

Starting from the concept and development status of central-branch library system, this article elaborated three modes of central-branch library system of colleges and universities： centralized, central-decentralized, decentralized. Taking Library of Liaodong College as an example, this article analyzed the existing problems in the construction of central-branch library system in Liangdong College, and formulated the central-branch library system meeting the development of this college. All the resources could be co-built and co-shared only by central-decentralized mode and drawing up scientific central-branch library operational mechanism.
