基于从众心理的高校图书馆服务探讨

Discussion on the Services in Libraries of Colleges and Universities Based on Conformity Mentality

"从众"现象在日常生活中可以常常见到。在高校图书馆中,从众心理所产生的从众现象也随处可见。本文首先对从众心理和从众行为进行介绍,并分析从众心理的积极正效应和消极负效应在图书馆中产生的影响,进而探索出新方法,以达到图书馆为学生服务的目标。

“Conformity” phenomena can be seen frequently in daily life. In the libraries of colleges and universities, the conformity phenomena resulting from conformity mentality can be seen everywhere. This article firstly introduced the conformity mentality and conformity behavior, analyzed the influence in the libraries caused by positive effects and negative effects of conformity mentality, and then explored new methods to realize the libraries’ goal of serving students.
