保山市野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝的红外光谱对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Infrared Spectra of Wild Ganoderma Lucidum and Cultivated Ganoderma Lucidum in Baoshan

为了探索云南省保山市野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝在生药学上的不同,利用FT-IR光谱仪测量保山市野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝样品,得到保山市野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝的红外光谱和二阶导数谱,然后对其光谱的峰形、峰位和峰数进行比较,得出保山市野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝的红外光谱在峰形、峰位和峰数上差别不大,但在二阶导数谱中2,929 cm-1和1,660 cm-1处峰形、峰位和峰数有明显差异;说明保山市野生灵芝和人工栽培灵芝成份和成份含量上有区别;结论可为保山市人工栽培灵芝的可持续发展提供参考。

In order to explore the differences in Pharmacognosy between wild Ganoderma lucidum and artificial cultivated Ganoderma lucidum in Baoshan, The authors use the FT-IR spectrometer to measure the wild Ganoderma lucidum and the cultivated Ganoderma lucidum samples in Baoshan, and the infrared spectra and the two order derivative spectra of wild Ganoderma lucidum and cultivated Ganoderma lucidum in Baoshan were obtained. Then the authors compare the spectral peak shape, peak position and peak number, and find little difference; however, the difference is obvious in the two derivative spectra of 2929 cm-1 and1660 cm-1. This proves that the ingredients and contents are different between the wild Ganoderma lucidum and artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum in Baoshan. The conclusion of the study can provide a reference for sustainable development for the artificial cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum in Baoshan.
