筒式永磁调速器的结构参数优化

摘要 永磁调速器是一种先进的调速节能设备。主要研究筒式永磁调速器的结构优化,在保证其性能的基础上,根据筒式永磁调速器的结构特点,建立相应的模型。根据现有参数进行设置,从导体环的厚度、导体筒的厚度、气隙的厚度以及永磁体的个数这4个方面对永磁调速器进行结构优化设计,通过对磁力线、磁感应强度、磁场强度以及电磁力等进行对比分析,选出最优结构参数,并且对结构优化进行了验证,从而达到结构优化的目的,提高了输出转矩,改进了制造工艺,改善了产品功能。 Permanent magnet governor is a kind of advanced speed regulation and energy saving products. The structure optimization design of the permanent magnet governor was focused on. On the basis of the guarantee permanent magnet speed performance,according to the principle diagram of the structure of cylinder permanent magnet governor,the mathematical model was set up. According to the existing parameters setting,from the thickness of the conductor loop,the thickness of the conductor tube,the thickness of air gap and the number of permanent magnets on the permanent magnet governor structure optimization design,through contrastive analysis of the lines of magnetic force,magnetic induction intensity,magnetic field intensity and electromagnetic force and so on,the optimal structure parameters was selected,and the structure optimization was verified,so as to achieve the purpose of the structured,improve the output torque,improve the production process and the performance of products.
