摘要
针对交流塑壳断路器瞬动试验存在过渡时间长、电流波形不对称、极易超调带来试验精度和可信度不高的问题,提出了基于DSP控制的4In电流预测试的改进方案。研究了8倍和12倍电流瞬动试验时初相角计算和补偿技术,并对此技术进行了Matlab仿真与验证。在此基础上开发了一套最大电流达5 000 A的断路器交流整定电源。所采用补偿技术可以确保塑壳断路器试验准确可靠可信。
According to the problem of transition time long and asymmetry of current waveform and easy overshoot of AC molded-case circuit breaker instantaneous test,an improved method of 4 In current pre-test based on DSP control was proposed. The calculation and compensation of the initial phase angle of 8 times and 12 times of instantaneous current test were studied,and the simulation and verification of this technology were carried out by Matlab. On this basis,a set of maximum current up to 5 000 A circuit breaker AC power supply device was developed.The compensation technique can ensure accurate and reliable shell circuit breaker for tuning.
