干预措施对Ⅰ类切口围手术期预防用抗菌药物的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of intervention measures on perioperative prophylactic antimicrobial agents of Ⅰ incision

目的:探讨Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的效果。方法:选取166例Ⅰ类切口手术病历作为非干预组,另选取166例Ⅰ类切口手术病历作为干预组。结果:非干预组预防用抗菌药物使用率高于干预组;通过实施干预措施,预防用药的选药、给药时机、预防用药疗程、人均抗菌药物费用等合理率均有所提高。结论:干预措施的实施对促进临床合理用药,减少细菌耐药,减轻患者经济负担起到了积极作用。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of prophylactic antibiotics for Ⅰ incision surgery.Methods：166 cases with Ⅰ incision surgery were selected as the non intervention group,and other 166 cases with Ⅰ incision operation record were selected as the intervention group.Results：Utilization rate of prophylactic antibiotics in the non intervention group was higher than in the intervention group.The preventive medication,drug selection,medication timing,antibiotic prophylaxis treatment of per capita cost reasonable rate were increased,through implementation of intervention measures.Conclusion：Implementation of intervention plays an active role in promoting rational drug use,reducing bacterial resistance and reducing the economic burden of patients.
