艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗的临床疗效及其不良反应分析

Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of antiviral drugs for AIDS

目的:分析艾滋病抗病毒药物治疗的临床疗效及其不良反应。方法:收治艾滋病患者465例,平分3组。A组给予齐多夫定、拉米夫定联合奈韦拉平治疗,B组给予3TC+AZT+EFV治疗,C组给予替诺福韦、拉米夫定联合依非韦伦治疗,比较3组患者临床治疗效果。结果:C组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8各项数据明显优于B组、A组;C组不良反应发生率明显低于B组与C组;3组患者各项数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于艾滋病患者给予抗病毒治疗能有效提高患者自身免疫能力,抗病毒治疗可引起消化道症状、肝损伤、皮疹以及骨髓抑制等不良反应。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of antiviral drugs in AIDS treatment.Methods：465 AIDS patients were divided into 3 groups on average.The group A received zidovudine,lamivudine and nevirapine treatment;the group B was treated with 3 TC＋AZT＋EFV;the group C was treated with tenofovir,lamivudine combined with efavirdine treatment.The clinical effects of the 3 groups were compared.Results：The data of CD4~＋,CD8~＋,CD4~＋/CD8 in the group C were obviously better than those in the group B and the group A.The incidence of adverse reactions in the group C was significantly lower than that in the group B and the group C.The difference of the data of the 3 groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Antiviral therapy can effectively improve the immune ability of patients with AIDS,and antiviral therapy can cause gastrointestinal symptoms,liver damage,skin rashes,myelosuppression and other adverse reactions.
