卡托普利、美托洛尔在基层医院治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果观察

Prognosis of captopril and metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure in primary hospital

目的:探讨卡托普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者56例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用卡托普利联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、左心室射血分数与血清脑利钠肽前体水平改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卡托普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods：56 patients with chronic heart failure were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine treatment,and the observation group added with captopril combined with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total effective rate,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and the level of serum brain natriuretic peptide were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of captopril combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure was significant.
