综合干预治疗对高血压临床并发症的疗效

Treatment of comprehensive intervention of hypertension in the treatment of clinical complications

目的:探讨综合干预治疗高血压的效果。方法:收治高血压患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用普通药物治疗,观察组采用综合干预治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组收缩压、舒张压、高血压控制率和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预治疗高血压的效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention in the treatment of hypertension.Methods：120 patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with ordinary drugs,and the observation group was treated with comprehensive intervention.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results：In the observation group,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,hypertension control rate and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of comprehensive intervention in the treatment of hypertension was significant.
