软产道裂伤致产后出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of postpartum hemorrhage caused by laceration of soft birth canal

目的:探讨软产道裂伤所导致产后出血的主要因素及处理方法。方法:收治软产道裂伤致产后出血患者90例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:造成软产道裂伤的主要原因有产程较长或过短、生殖道炎症及胎儿自身因素,还有产钳和助产因素等。软产道损伤导致的产后出血和没有及时发现及缝合不当有直接关系。结论:在产妇生产之前,要充分了解病史,掌握软产道裂伤原因,提前做好预防产后出血的相关工作。在产妇生产过后,及时检查软产道,正确缝合软产道裂伤。

Objective：To explore the main factors and treatment methods of postpartum hemorrhage caused by laceration of soft birth canal.Methods：90 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by laceration of soft birth canal were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The main causes of laceration of soft birth canal were too long birth process or too short birth proces,genital tract inflammation,fetal self factors,forceps and midwifery factors and so on.Postpartum hemorrhage caused by laceration of soft birth canal was directly related to the lack of prompt detection and improper suture.Conclusion：Before maternity production,we should fully understand the medical history,grasp the causes of laceration of the soft birth canal,and do a good job of prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in advance.After maternity production,we should check the soft birth canal in time and correctly suture the damage.
