脑血管病介入术后股动脉假性动脉瘤的临床治疗分析

Clinical analysis of femoral artery pseudoaneurysm after interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease

目的:探讨脑血管病介入术后股动脉假性动脉瘤的治疗效果。方法:收治脑血管病介入术后合并股动脉假性动脉瘤患者8例,对其影像学检测以及临床病例进行分析。结果:徒手压迫动脉瘤治疗治愈率50%,超声波指导治疗治愈率83%。结论:股动脉假性动脉瘤产生的原因有很多,发病率比较高,在临床上采用注射促凝药物以及超声指导治疗,具有很好的治疗效果。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of femoral artery pseudoaneurysm after interventional treatment of cerebrovascular disease.Methods：8 patients with femoral artery pseudoaneurysm after interventional treatment of cerebrovascular diseases were selected,and we analyzed the imaging findings and clinical cases.Results：The treatment rate of unarmed compression aneurysm was 50%,and the cure rate was 83%.Conclusion：There are many causes of femoral artery pseudoaneurysm,and the incidence is relatively high.In clinical practice,the injection of procoagulant drugs and ultrasound guided therapy have good therapeutic effect.
