标准外伤骨瓣治疗急性硬膜下血肿的临床效果及预后观察

Clinical effect and prognosis of standard traumatic bone flap for acute subdural hematoma

目的:探讨标准外伤骨瓣治疗急性硬膜下血肿的效果。方法:收治急性硬膜下血肿患者42例,随机分为观察组及对照组,各21例。对照组实施常规骨瓣术,观察组实施标准外伤骨瓣术。结果:观察组恢复良好占比高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准外伤骨瓣治疗急性硬膜下血肿疗效较常规骨瓣术好,患者术后恢复良好,并发症较少,预后好。

Objective：To investigate the effect of standard traumatic bone flap on acute subdural hematoma.Methods：42 patients with acute subdural hematoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group received routine bone flap surgery,and the observation group received standard traumatic bone flap.Results：The recovery rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The standard traumatic bone flap for the treatment of acute subdural hematoma is better than the conventional bone flap technique,and the patient has a good recovery,less complications and good prognosis.
