中药养肺方减轻肺癌放射治疗不良反应的临床研究

Clinical study on Chinese herbal medicine in reducing adverse reaction of radiotherapy for lung cancer

目的:探讨中药配方减轻肺癌放射治疗不良反应的疗效。方法:收治肺癌患者60例,随机分为中药组和对照组。对照组单纯采用放射治疗,中药组采用养肺方配合放射治疗。结果:中药组提高患者生活质量有效率70.0%,患者白细胞和血红蛋白降低率显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:中药养肺方配合肺癌放射治疗,能有效减轻患者的不良反应,显著提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Chinese herbal formula in reducing the adverse effects of radiotherapy for lung cancer.Methods：60 patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group.The control group were treated with radiotherapy only.The Chinese medicine group adopted the lung nourishing prescription and the radiation therapy.Results：The effective rate of QOL in Chinese medicine group was 70%,and the decrease rate of leucocyte and hemoglobin in patients was reduced significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The lung nourishing prescription combined with radiotherapy for lung cancer can effectively relieve the adverse reactions and improve the life quality of patients.
