茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of neonatal breast milk jaundice

目的:探讨茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的临床疗效。方法:收治新生儿母乳性黄疸患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用常规治疗联合茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在观察组,72 h血清总胆红素下降幅度和不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05),痊愈时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茵栀黄口服液辅助治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸,有助于缩短痊愈时间,但不能降低并发症发生风险,同时还存在不良反应。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of yinzhihuang oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of neonatal breast milk jaundice.Methods：150 patients with neonatal breast milk jaundice were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional therapy combined with Yinzhihuang oral liquid.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the total bilirubin decrease rate at 72 hours and adverse reaction rate were higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,and the recovery time was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of Yinzhihuang oral liquid in adjuvant treatment of neonatal breast milk jaundice helped to shorten the healing time,but it did not reduce the risk of complications,and there were also adverse reactions.
