血清肝纤维化标志物联合肝功能指标对慢性乙型肝炎诊断价值及其相关性研究

Diagnostic value and correlation of serum hepatic fibrosis markers combined with liver function markers in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的:研究探讨血清肝纤维化标志物联合肝功能指标对慢性乙型肝炎诊断价值及其相关性。方法:收治慢性乙型肝炎患者60例作为观察组,选择健康人20例作为对照组。比较两组的血清纤维化标志物检测水平,及相关指标对慢性乙型肝炎的诊断价值和相关性。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者的透明质酸(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、层粘连蛋白(LN),丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平明显比健康人高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性乙型肝炎的患者,血清肝纤维化标志物联合肝功能指标检测可以提高诊断的价值,可以在今后乙型肝炎患者的诊断过程中应用。

Objective：To investigate the value of serum liver fibrosis markers combined with liver function markers in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B and its correlation.Methods：60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were selected as the observation group,and 20 healthy persons were chosen as the control group.The serum markers of serum fibrosis markers and the relative value of the markers in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B were compared between groups.Results：Hyaluronic acid（HA）,type Ⅲprocollagen（PC-Ⅲ）,type Ⅳ collagen（ Ⅳ-C）,laminin（LN）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）levels were significantly higher than healthy people,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In patients with chronic hepatitis B,the serum markers of liver fibrosis combined with liver function tests can improve the value of diagnosis,and can be used in the diagnosis of hepatitis B patients.
