拟诊肺真菌病患者当中隐球菌抗原阳性率研究

Study on the positive rate of cryptococcal antigen in patients with suspected pulmonary mycosis

目的:探讨隐球菌抗原在拟诊肺真菌病患者当中的阳性率。方法:收治拟诊肺真菌病患者120例,用胶体金法测定隐球菌抗原。结果:120例患者隐球菌抗原检测阳性率3.33%,均确诊为肺隐球菌病。结论:隐球菌抗原检测明显提高了拟诊肺真菌病患者隐球菌感染的阳性率,对肺隐球菌的快速诊断具有良好的应用前景。

Objective：To investigate the positive rate of cryptococcal antigen in patients with suspected pulmonary mycosis.Methods：120 patients with suspected pulmonary mycosis were selected.They were determined antigen of cryptococcus by colloidal gold assay.Results：3.33% of the 120 patients were positive for cryptococcal antigen,and all of them were diagnosed as pulmonary cryptococcosis.Conclusion：The detection of cryptococcal antigen can obviously improves the positive rate of cryptococcal infection in patients with suspected pulmonary mycosis,and has a good prospect for the rapid diagnosis of cryptococcus neoformans.
