摘要
目的:探讨妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者血清甘丙肽(GAL)水平与糖代谢及胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:收治妊娠糖尿病患者60例作为GDM组(孕中期组和孕晚期组各30例),正常孕妇30例作为对照组。测定两组孕妇血糖水平、胰岛素水平及甘丙肽水平。结果:孕中期组和孕晚期组空腹血糖、胰岛素、甘丙肽、胰岛抵抗系数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且孕晚期组甘丙肽高于孕中期组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕中期组和孕晚期组甘丙肽与空腹血糖、胰岛抵抗系数呈正相关,与空腹胰岛素呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘丙肽可能是妊娠糖尿病患者体内血糖增高及胰岛素抵抗代偿效应的结果,并且随着孕期的不断延长,表达逐渐升高,可作为GDM早期预测因子或诊断的生化指标。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between serum galanin(GAL)levels and glucose metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as the GDM group(30 cases in both the middle and late pregnancy groups).30 cases of normal pregnant women were treated as the control group.The blood glucose levels,insulin levels and galanin levels were measured in both groups.Results:The fasting blood glucose,insulin,galanin and islet resistance were significantly higher in the middle and late pregnancy groups than in the control group(P〈0.05).The level of glycine was higher in late trimester than in the second trimester,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).There was a positive correlation between the levels of galanin and fasting blood glucose and islet resistance in the second trimester group and the third trimester group,which was negatively correlated with fasting insulin,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Galanin may be the result of compensatory effects of pregnancy blood sugar and insulin resistance in patients with diabetes,moreover,with the prolongation of pregnancy,the expression gradually increased,which could be used as an early prognostic factor or a biochemical marker for GDM.
