子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预效果观察

Effect of perioperative nursing intervention on myoma of uterus combined with hypertension

目的:探讨子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预效果。方法:收治子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者82例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围手术期针对性护理干预。结果:观察组护理后收缩压、舒张压较对照组控制良好(P<0.05);观察组护理后生理功能、心理功能、社会功能、机体疼痛、情感功能、活力、总体健康等SF-36评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤合并高血压患者围手术期护理干预有良好效果,利于血压的平稳控制,提高患者术后生命质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on myoma of uterus combined with hypertension.Methods：82 patients with myoma of uterus combined with hypertension were selected.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention.Results：After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure control of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）;the scores of physiological function,psychological function,social function,body pain,emotional function,vitality and general health and other SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The perioperative nursing intervention of myoma of uterus combined with hypertension has good effect,which is advantageous to the stable control of blood pressure and the quality of life after operation.
