摘要
目的:探讨对急性上消化道出血进行急救护理的临床效果。方法:收治急性上消化道出血患者108例,随机分为优质护理组和对照组。对照组采用一般护理,优质护理组在对照组基础上加用急救护理。结果:优质护理组总有效率和护理优秀率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性上消化道出血进行急救护理的临床效果显著。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of emergency nursing care for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods：108 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the quality nursing group and the control group.The control group was given general nursing,and the quality nursing group added with emergency nursing on the basis of the control group.Results：In the quality nursing group,the total effective rate and nursing excellence rate were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of emergency nursing care for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding was significant.
