快速康复外科理念在小儿心脏外科手术护理中的应用效果探究

Study on the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing of pediatric cardiac surgery

目的:研究快速康复外科理念在小儿心脏外科手术护理中的应用效果。方法:收治心脏外科手术患儿80例,随机平分两组。对照组采用常规的麻醉方式及常规护理干预措施;观察组则在此基础上,应用康复外科护理理念对患儿实施手术护理。护理结束后,观察两组拔管时间及住院时间,并对患儿及其家属对护理工作的满意度进行问卷调查分析。结果:观察组拔管时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023 1)。结论:快速康复外科理念可显著改善小儿心脏外科手术的手术效果,提高护理满意度。

Objective：To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in nursing of pediatric cardiac surgery.Methods：80 children with cardiac surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine anesthesia and routine nursing interventions.On this basis,the observation group was treated with the concept of rehabilitation surgery nursing.After nursing,the extubation time and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed,and the satisfaction degree of the children and their family members was analyzed by questionnaire.Results：The extubation time and length of stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant（P=0.023 1）.Conclusion：The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can significantly improve the operation effect of pediatric cardiac surgery and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing.
