摘要 为解决空气滤清器装配尺寸精度较低、动态密封性能不良及过滤效率偏低等问题,基于Modex3D分析东风裕隆某型号产品产生翘曲变形的原因,采用在产品肉厚区域挖取矩形槽的方案对其结构进行改进。通过改善产品整体的厚度均匀性、物料在模具中的流动性以及产品成型过程中的体积收缩效果,从而降低翘曲变形。模流分析结果表明:改进后的产品具有较好的成型性能,Z轴方向翘曲位移量由1.600 mm下降到0.277 mm,解决了产品翘曲位移较大的问题。ANSYS模态分析结果表明,改进后的滤清器模态性能未因结构的改变而明显下降,符合设计要求。 WTIn order to improve the accuracy of assembly,the dynamic sealing performance and the filtration efficiency of the air filter,a rectangular groove based on Modex 3 D analysis was chamfered in its thick area to make more even thickness of the filter, smoother material flow and reduced volume in its making so that warping of the filter could be reduced. The results show that the improved filter cartridge has better molding performance with a warping in Z axis reduced from 1. 665 mm to 0. 2776 mm,which proves a good solution to serious warping. ANSYS modal analysis shows that the modal performance, not much reduced with the structural change,meets the design requirements.
