摘要
针对传统氟化氢工艺装备存在的生产工艺热能利用不足,导气箱腐蚀严重、堵管频率高,反应转炉炉头、炉尾密封性欠佳,有水酸制酸条件受限以及有水氟化氢人工充装易产生喷溅现象等问题,改进了装备中的5个关键工艺装置:即改进反应转炉的余热利用装置,导气箱换耐腐蚀材料并安装自动推渣装置,炉头炉尾缸由机械密封装置取代弹簧压紧装置,利用DCS系统实现有水酸制酸自动控制及有水氟化氢自动充装。试运行调整后,原传统萤石-硫酸法传统氟化氢生产条件得到大幅改善,产品质量稳定,年节约生产成本500多万元,减少二氧化硫排放量10.59 t,烟尘排放量减少4.25 t,实现了节能、降耗、减排的目标。
To improve the performance of traditional hydrogen fluoride(HF) process equipment for insufficient heat energy utilization, severe corrosion and frequent water tube blocking in gas box, poor acid making conditions,poor sealing in converter top and end cylinder,and water splash when artificial filling of hydrogen fluoride,five key process devices in the HF equipment were reformed including improved waste heat utilization device of the converter, corrosion resistant materials and automatic waste disposal device for gas box,mechanical sealing device to replace spring clamp for top and end cylinder,DCS based for HF automatic acid making control and automatic filling of Hydrogen Fluoride. Trial operation results show that hydrogen fluoride production are much more improved than the traditional fluorite-sulfuric acid method,with products of secured quality,and annually reducing cost by 5 million RMB,sulfur dioxide emissions by 10. 59 t,and soot emissions by 4. 25 t. The goal of energy saving,consumption reduction and emission reduction is realized.
