锂离子超级电容器健康状态的诊断方法

摘要 基于恒电流放电特性建立时间和电压之间的二阶多项式关系,利用衰减前后相同电压区间所对应时间间隔之比的方法对锂离子超级电容器的健康状态进行诊断。对典型锂离子超级电容器的实验验证表明,其健康状态诊断结果与实际健康状态具有较好的一致性,绝大部分相对误差在3%以内。该诊断方法实现方便,无需先验学习,可适用于不同电极材料和模块设计,能较好地实现对锂离子超级电容器健康状态的诊断。 The second order polynomial between time and voltage is established based on the characteristics of constant current discharge,and the state of health of lithium-ion supercapacitor is diagnosed by the ratio of time intervals of the voltage before and after attenuation. The experimental verification of the typical lithium-ion supercapacitor shows that the SOH diagnosis is in good agreement with the actual SOH and most of the errors are within 3%. This method is easy to implement with no demand of prior knowledge and applicable to various electrode materials and module designs,which can well diagnose the SOH of lithium-ion supercapacitor.
