甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy observation of metronidazole suppositories combined with estrogen cream in the treatment of senile vaginitis

目的探讨甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2011年6月至2015年6月门诊收治的老年性阴道炎患者300例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组患者采用甲硝唑栓治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用雌激素软膏进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗,观察组患者治疗总有效率(97.33%)高于对照组(64.00%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者复发2例(1.33%),对照组15例(10.00%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)水平比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的FSH水平明显升高,E2水平明显降低,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑栓联合雌激素软膏治疗老年性阴道炎,临床效果显著,不仅提高了老年患者治疗总有效率,还降低了疾病的复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective To invesligale the clinical efficacy of melronidazole supposilories combined with estrogen cream in lhe lrealmenl of senile vaginilis. Methods A lolal of lhree hunderd cases ofpalienls wilh senile vaginilis in our hospilal from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The patients in lhe control group accepted melronidazole suppositories, while lhe patients in lhe observation group received melronidazole supposilories combined wilh estrogen cream, and lhe clinical efficacy between two groups were compared. Results The lolal curative rale in observation group （97.33%） was higher than that of lhe control group （64.00%）, there was slalislically significance between lhe two groups （ P〈0.05）. There were 2 patients recurred in observation group （1.33%）, while 15 patients were recurred in lhe control group （10.00%）, lhe difference between lhe two groups was slalislically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Before lrealmenl, there was no significant difference in serum follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH） and estradiol （ E2） levels between lhe two groups （ P 〉0.05）. After lrealmenl, lhe levels of FSH in lhe two groups were significantly increased, and lhe levels of E2 were significantly decreased, and lhe FSH, E2 levels of observation group were belter than those of lhe control group, lhe differences were slalislically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of melronidazole supposilories combined wilh estrogen cream in lhe lrealmenl of senile vaginilis has significant clinical effecl, which can not only improve lhe lolal curative rale, bulalsocan reduce lhe recurrence of lhe disease. Il is worthy of clinical promotion.
