复方黄柏液联合止带方加味治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Huangbai compound oral liquid combined with Zhidai decoction in the treatment of cervical erosion

目的探讨复方黄柏液联合止带方加味治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2015年7月我院收治的宫颈糜烂患者35例作为对照组,仅给予复方黄柏液治疗;选取同期同类型患者30例作为研究组,给予复方黄柏液结合止带方加味治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析和对比。结果两组患者在接受两种不同的治疗方法后,研究组的治疗总有效率(96.7%)显著高于对照组(82.9%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总体满意率(93.3%)高于对照组(85.7%),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈糜烂患者采用复方黄柏液结合止带方加味治疗效果显著,提高了患者的满意度,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangbai compound oral liquid combined with Zhidai decoction in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods Thirly-five patients with cervical erosion in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected as control group, which received only the Huangbai compound oral liquid treatment; 30 palienls in lhe same period were selected as study group, which were given Huangbai compound oral liquid combined with Zhidai decoction. The clinical effects of lhe lwo groups were analyzed and compared. Results After lhe palienls received difference treatment, lhe lolal effective rale of lhe study group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 82.9% of lhe control group, lhe comparison of lhe data between lhe lwo groups showed statistically significance （P〈0.05）; lhe therapy overall satisfaction rale of lhe study group was 93.3%,which was higher than 85.7% of lhe control group, lhe comparison of lhe data between lhe lwo groups had significant difference （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The palienls with cervical erosion receive Huangbai compound oral liquid combined with Zhidai decoction treatment shows definite effect, which can improve palienls鸳 satisfaction and is worthy of clinical promotion.
