前馈控制在手术室护理安全管理中的应用效果

Application effect of feedforward control in the nursing safety management of operating room

目的探讨在手术室护理安全管理中实施前馈控制的临床效果。方法选择2014年1月至2014年12月于我院行手术治疗的600例患者为常规组,常规组患者实施常规手术室护理安全管理,选择2015年1月至2015年12月于我院行手术治疗的600例患者为观察组,观察组患者在手术室护理安全管理中实施前馈控制。比较两组患者的护理效果及护理缺陷检出情况。结果观察组患者护理后的护理缺陷检出率为3.5%,明显低于常规组患者的14.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理质量及护理效率评分均明显高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为98.8%,明显高于常规组的78.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理安全管理中实施前馈控制的效果显著,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To invesligale the applicalion effecl of feedforward conlrol in the nursing safely management of operating room. Methods Six hundred patients treated with surgery in our hospilal from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected as the conventional group, the patients in the conventional group were given routine operating room nursing safely management. Six hundred patients treated with surgery in our hospilal from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the observation group, the patients in the observation group were given feedforward conlrol in the nursing safely management of operating room. The nursing effecl and the incidence of nursing defects oflwo groups were compared. Results The incidence rale of nursing defects of the observation group was 3.5%, which was obviously lower than 14.2% of the conventional group, the difference was slalislically significant （P 〈0.05）. The nursing quality and nursing efficiency scores of the observation group were higher than those of the conventional group, the differences were slalislically significant （ P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rale of the observation group was 98.8%, which was obviously higher than 78.0% of the conventional group, the difference was slalislically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The feedforward conlrol in the nursing safely management of operating room has remarkable effecl, which can be popularized in clinic.
