腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流术的护理经验以及效果

Nursing experience and effect of laparoscopic fenestration on hepatic cyst

目的探讨腹腔镜肝囊肿开窗引流术的护理经验及效果。方法选取在本院通过腹腔镜开窗引流术进行治疗的肝囊肿患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机分配的原则将其分为试验组和参照组,每组20例。分别给予试验组和参照组针对性护理措施和常规性护理措施,观察并比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果经过护理,试验组的术后并发症总发生率和护理总满意度分别为10.00%和95.00%,参照组的术后并发症总发生率和护理总满意度分别为45.00%和60.00%,组间术后并发症发生率及护理总满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于通过腹腔镜开窗引流术进行治疗的肝囊肿患者,采取术前心理护理、皮肤护理、合理饮食指导、引流管护理等具有针对性的护理措施,不仅可以对手术治疗效果产生积极影响,改善预后,还可以提升患者对护理服务的满意度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the nursing experience and effecl of laparoscopic feneslralion on hepatic cyst. Methods Forty cases of patients with hepatic cyst received laparoscopic fenestration in our hospilal were included in this study. These patients were randomly divided into two groups （experimental group and control group）, with 20 cases in each group. The patients in the experimental group received targeted nursing, while the patients in the control group received routine nursing. The incidence rale of postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the incidence rale of postoperative complications of the experimental group and the control group were respectively 10.00% and 45.00%, while the nursing satisfaction rale were respectively 95.00% and 60.00%, the differences of the two groups has statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperalive psychological nursing, skin nursing, rational diet guide, drainage lube nursing and other targeted nursing for patients with hepatic cyst received laparoscopic feneslralion not only can positively influence surgical outcome and improve prognosis, but also enhance patient＇s nursing satisfaction, which has a high clinical development value.
