CPPU对山葡萄雄株花器官形态发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究CPPU处理对山葡萄雄株花器官发育的影响,本试验以雄株75047为试材,采用100 mg/L CPPU溶液处理花序,对花器官的发育过程进行观测,结果表明:CPPU处理的花蕾纵径、花蕾横径、雌蕊纵径、雌蕊横径在初花期分别比对照提高了13.5%、18.3%、58.6%和31.4%;而处理的花药纵径、花药横径和花丝长度在初花期分别比对照降低了0.4%、0.4%和6.5%。由上述结果可以得出,CPPU处理可以明显促进雄株花蕾和雌蕊的膨大,并在一定程度上抑制花丝和花药的发育,但抑制效果不明显。 To investigate the effect of CPPU treatment on floral organ development in male Vitis amurensis Rupr., the inflorescences of male Vitis amurensis 75047 were treated with 100 mg/L CPPU, then the floral organ developing process was observed and the longitudinal and traverse diameters of flower buds, pistils and anthers, as well as the filament length were measured. The results showed that: after being treated with CPPU, the longitudinal and traverse diameters of flower buds and pistils were increased by 13.5%、18.3%、58.6% and 31.4% respectively at initial flowering; while the longitudinal and traverse diameters of anthers as well as the filament length were decreased by 0.4%, 0.4% and 6.5%. Therefore, we indicated that CPPU treatment could obviously promote the expansion of flower buds and pistils, while depress the development of filaments and anthers, but with an unobvious effectiveness.
