不同剂量曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of different doses of trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension

目的探讨不同剂量曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病合并高血压心脏病的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的90例老年冠心病合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机分成A、B、C三组,各30例。A组患者给予常规治疗+曲美他嗪20 mg/d,B组患者给予常规治疗+曲美他嗪60 mg/d,C组患者给予常规治疗。比较三组患者血压、心功能恢复情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,三组患者的收缩压、舒张压、左室射血分数及左室舒张末期内径明显优于治疗前,且B组明显优于A、C两组,A组优于C组(P<0.05);三组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年冠心病伴高血压患者在常规治疗基础上应用60 mg剂量的曲美他嗪,能有效改善心功能,安全性高,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of different doses of trimetazidine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension. Methods Ninety cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were selected and randomly divided group A, group B and group C, with 30 cases in each group. The group A was treated with routine treatment ＋trimetazidine 20 mg/d, the group B received outine treatment ＋trimetazidine 60 mg/d, and the group C accepted routine treatment. The blood pressure, cardiac function recovery and the incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups. Results After treatment, the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular end diastolic diameter of the three groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the group B were better than the group A and the group C, those of the group A were better than the group C, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There were no significant differences on the incidences of adverse reactions among the three groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion For elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension, using 60 mg trimetazidine based on the routine treatment can effectively improve cardiac function, which has high safety and high clinical application value.
