胃溃疡及胃炎经依卡倍特钠治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation of ecabet sodium in the treatment of gastric ulcer and gastritis

目的探讨依卡倍特钠治疗胃溃疡和胃炎的临床效果。方法选择2014年2月至2016年2月在我院治疗的胃溃疡和糜烂性胃炎患者98例,其中胃溃疡46例,糜烂性胃炎52例。将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组49例,其中胃溃疡23例,采用口服雷尼替丁治疗,糜烂性胃炎26例,采用口服替普瑞酮治疗;观察组49例,其中胃溃疡23例,糜烂性胃炎26例,均采用口服依卡倍特钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组胃溃疡患者的治疗有效率为95.7%,明显高于对照组的73.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糜烂性胃炎患者的治疗有效率为92.3%,明显高于对照组的73.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为8.2%,明显低于对照组的20.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依卡倍特钠治疗胃溃疡和糜烂性胃炎效果显著,安全性高,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ecabet sodium in the treatment of gastric ulcer and gastritis.Methods From February 2014 to February 2016, 98 cases of patients with gastric ulcer and erosive gastritis in our hospital were selected, including 46 cases of gastric ulcer and 52 cases of erosive gastritis. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. The control group with 49 cases, including 23 cases with gastric ulcer using oral ranitidine for treatment, and 26 cases with erosive gastritis using oral teprenone for treatment. The observation group with 49 cases, including 23 cases with gastric ulcer and 26 cases with erosive gastritis, which were treated with oral ecabet sodium for treatment. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of patients with gastric ulcer in the observation group was 95.7%, which was significantly higher than 73.9% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The effective rate of patients with erosive gastritis in the observation group was92.3%, which was significantly higher than 73.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.2%, which was significantly lower than 20.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conlusion Ecabet sodium has significant effect in the treatment of gastric ulcer and erosive gastritis, with high safety, which is worth to be promoted and applied in clinic.
